In Poland we developed 10 factories located in Grójec, Gorzów Wielkopolski, Legnica, Wałbrzych and Jelcz-Laskowice.
But that is not all, because we also have: Research and Development Centre, Financial Shared Service Centre, Transport and Logistics Platform.

Faurecia TRIM 
Production at the Accessories factory (TRIM) was launched in 2003 and is related to the production of headrests and armrests. Today, the factory can boast a unique 15-year experience in the production of headrests in traditional and in-situ technology.

Faurecia FRAMES 
The Frames Plant in Wałbrzych was opened in 2002, only several months after the opening of the Mechanisms Plant in Wałbrzych. Metal frames and seat frames are manufactured here. As many as ¾ of the production elements are later assembled in premium brand cars.

Faurecia RECLINERS
This factory was established in 2001. The plant manufactures car backrest adjusting mechanisms, assembled from elements produced on site or supplied by external companies.

Faurecia PNEUMAUMATIC
The beginnings of the Wałbrzych Pneumatic Plant are linked to the takeover of the production of massage systems, lumbar (lumbar support systems), back and seat supports from another automotive manufacturer in 2011.

Faurecia MECHANISMS
The factory in Grójec is Faurecia Group's first plant in Poland. Slides, as well as seat racks were produced here from the very beginning. Today the factory in Grójec is a world-renowned manufacturer of automotive slides. Over 20 years, the plant has significantly increased employment, becoming one of the largest companies in the region. The factory supplies its products to around 100 customers worldwide. Its logistic solutions are considered to be exemplary for many production plants in the automotive industry.

Faurecia JELCZ - LASKOWICE
The Jelcz-Laskowice factory was established in 2006. It produces polyurethane foams for seats and backrests. The factory employs around 400 people and is responsible for producing foams for Audi car brands, BMW, VW, OPEL, Citroen, Peugeot, Daimler, DS.

Faurecia GORZÓW 1
Faurecia Gorzów S.A comprises two plants belonging to the Interior Division, employing nearly 2000 people. The first factory in Gorzów was established in 2003, and now it is the largest in terms of surface area in the Polish Faurecia family. Dashboards, armrests, glove boxes, center consoles, upholstery materials, and door panels dedicated to the world's largest car brands are manufactured here. 

 

Faurecia GORZÓW 2
Faurecia Gorzów S.A. comprises two plants belonging to the Interior Division, employing nearly 2000 people. The second plant was established in 2012. Its launch in Gorzów Wielkopolski was based on the knowledge and experience of the employees of the first factory. The plant manufactures car interior elements: complete door panels, dashboards, consoles. The plant is implementing new improvements such as electronic GAPs and traditional boards are being digitised.

Faurecia Gniewomierz (DECORATIONS)
The second plant was established in 2013 and is located in Gniewomierz near Legnica. It is the first factory in the entire Faurecia Group to manufacture equipment parts in real wood, carbon fibre and aluminium. It produces decorative elements which adorn the interiors of premium class cars. It was in Gniewomierz that real wood, carbon fibre and aluminium began to be used for the first time in the entire Faurecia Group to manufacture products. As part of the FIS team, we produce decorative elements for premium cars.

CENTRUM R&D
The R&D center of the Seat Group is part of the French Faurecia Group and has been operating in Poland for almost 20 years. The first engineering teams started work in 2002 in Grójec. Many years of experience and engineering expertise make the Polish R&D teams a partner for many Faurecia units worldwide, from the concept phase, through prototyping, validation, implementation phase, and support for serial production. They take an active part in design work and using modern technologies.
